• Experience in the Response to Intervention process and in instructional strategies for learners

• Ability to work cooperatively with administrators, staff, and community
• Unquestionable integrity; high professional and personal ethics
• Experience in preparing and submitting state reports
• Experience in state testing administration
• Highly energized person
• Ability to develop positive rapport with students
